Our worm farm or vermicomposting system. It turns kitchen scraps into worm castings and eventually worm tea. Both considered “black gold” by plants and fellow organic farming nerds.
We’re brewing our own plant superfood tea. It’s got compost, worm castings, kelp, humic acid, and molasses. It’s very bioactive with the intention of building the living soil for our veggies.

Quick dried bean recipe: Soak for 4-10 hours. Rinse in a sieve, remove rocks. Add water 2” above the beans in a pot (Dutch oven pref). Bring to a medium boil. Reduce to a bare simmer, like a bubble every couple seconds. Keep water at 2”
